About

Vincent Roobaert

Vincent Roobaert has practised law since 2000 in intellectual property and information technology, and has twenty years of experience in the defence sector. He has litigated before the NATO Administrative Tribunal and advised on procurement, cyber defence and compliance matters. He holds a law degree from UCLouvain, an LLM in international criminal justice and armed conflict from the University of Nottingham and a certificate in compliance from the Louvain School of Management, and completed the NATO Executive Development Programme at ESCP Europe.

He is based in Brussels and teaches international law as Adjunct Professor at the Brussels School of Governance (VUB).
